I have more than 25 years of professional experience in tax, legal and customs. While working at the international companies my key responsibilities were providing services for companies involved in business in Ukraine on investment, corporate structuring, international tax and legal planning, customs, M&A, due diligence reviews, indirect taxation, both domestic and international corporate income taxation.In February 2016 I left professional business for public service. I was appointed as deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine on state registration. The main goal was to combat corruption and to improve business environment in Ukraine.Specialties: I specialize in corporate, civil, administrative and tax law, litigation, customs, M&A, transaction tax and legal support, investment planning and international tax and legal structuring.
