Features development and production- Identify stakeholders and the degree of their influence on the feature. Communicate with them on project status, risks, and opportunities;- Form and specify concepts, goals, and objectives of the feature and subsequently agree on them with key stakeholders;- Interact with the feature team, and specialists from other teams to form the vision and content of the feature. Ensure that everything is clear and dependencies are properly tracked;- Ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date. Collect, analyze, and approve the requirements for the feature. Support requirements during the feature's development and keep them up to date;- Consult all specialists involved in the development, delivery, and support of the feature. Ensure the impact of scope changes is understood, and the ramifications are clearly communicated;- Working with involved teams to define and meet project landmarks.Design responsibilities- Build and maintain design plans and roadmaps. Ensure the design is on track with goals including identifying and resolving issues between schedule and design goals. Base design on Data;- Ensuring that vision and goals at all levels are set and that they are transparent and understood. Evaluate scope and make recommendations to the studio leadership;- Organize and take part in through regular play tests;- Supporting SD, GD, UX teams through development;- Analyze and assess the performance of the feature after its release and provide the results to key stakeholders. Form and specify the plan of further development of the feature;- Ensure the team and design is on track with goals.Management responsibilities- Serve as a mentor and provide leadership, information, and resources to new and existing production team members;- Help team grow in quality through coaching and mentoring;- Interview candidates to the team;
