The dashboard merged all of the information reported from states and field officers to identify discrepancies and bottlenecks. — Along with the Government of the State of Telangana, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to create a participatory irrigation management scheme for Mission Kakatiya, a USD $3 billion project that restored 47,000 water tanks to raise incomes for 15 million farmers. — Used human-centered design (HCD) to simplify and organize the responsibilities and activities performed by water associations (WUAs) to ensure feasibility and sustainability, reducing them from over 87 at baseline to only 7. — Managed an international and interdisciplinary consulting team of five staff with a background in law, economics, and computer science in projects focused on improving government efficiency at the local and national levels. — Supervised project scoping, design, fieldwork research, and implementation; Led communication with high-level government officials, funders, and academic experts. -
