— Provided technical support for the National Ministry of Power to create a monitoring model and an implementation strategy for Saubhagya, a project that brought electricity connections to over 40 million Indian households. — Redesigned an interactive dashboard for internal and public use to monitor the progress of electrification goals. The dashboard merged all of the information reported from states and field officers to identify discrepancies and bottlenecks. — Along with the Government of the State of Telangana, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to create a participatory irrigation management scheme for Mission Kakatiya, a USD $3 billion project that restored 47,000 water tanks to raise incomes for 15 million farmers. — Used human-centered design (HCD) to simplify and organize the responsibilities and activities performed by water associations (WUAs) to ensure feasibility and sustainability, reducing them from over 87 at baseline to only 7. — Managed an international and interdisciplinary consulting team of five staff with a background in law, economics, and computer science in projects focused on improving government efficiency at the local and national levels. — Supervised project scoping, design, fieldwork research, and implementation; Led communication with high-level government officials, funders, and academic experts.

— Worked directly under Chicago’s Commissioner and Chief Innovation Officer Brenna Berman on designing and implementing an Internet of Things (IoT) initiative and public-private partnership that used interactive modular sensor boxes to collect real-time data about the city’s environment for research and public use. — Designed the project’s privacy and governance policy, organized and participated in public feedback meetings, drafted mayoral briefings and project overviews, and constructed high-quality communication materials for an international workshop. — Through strategic partnerships, the initiative successfully launched and installed the first 50 nodes in the city.

— Team-leader of a Microsoft-funded project that holistically analyzed the entrepreneurial ecosystem for ICT business in Mexico and designed mechanisms (via public policy reform) to boost innovation.— Team-leader of a Microsoft-funded project that estimated the impact and trends (by year 2025) of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the Mexican economy from the perspective of the government, citizen and enterprise. — In collaboration with the World Wildlife Fund, led the design of a policy roadmap and associated developmental initiatives to promote clean technology entrepreneurs in Mexico.- Participated in the development of a model law on public procurement.
