I led and took part in various employer brand related projects starting from building everything from scratch and ending with employer brand health check-ups and upgrading existing EVPs. I was lucky enough to learn from two key gurus in Employer Branding: Richard Mosley and Brett Minchington, and I keep following their ideas and apply them in my practice.Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture: over the last 15 years I’ve been managing employee engagement programs based on various engagement methodologies, as well as culture transformation and values re-positioning projects.Employee Communications: it is where I started my career back in late 20th century, and I could talk a lot about building employee communications, but I limit myself to one key thing: 99% of our problems are due to bad communications. Will be glad to discuss it with you.Learning & Development, Talent & Knowledge Management: although this is a relatively new area for me, I’ve already got a chance to lead such projects like implementation of new learning experience space, competency model review, 360 degrees evaluation, talent review and development.Compensations & Benefits and Performance Management: I managed those areas in Nokian Tyres Russia&Asia, including total rewards, job architecture, salary reviews and surveys, STI and LTI programs, Workday operations, performance management system, annual performance review process from goal setting to bonus payment, planning, budgeting, and forecasting etc.
