About Pavel Rulev

I’m an HR professional with 20+ years of experience in various areas of People & Culture Management and End-to-End Employee Experience in both national and international companies. My key goal has always been to implement win-win solutions for both an employer and employees, where the former gets an engaged, motivated, and highly efficient and effective team and the latter achieve their personal goals in career and self-development while working with top employers.
