I’m hands-on with managing our corporate structures, continuously enhancing our KYC and AML compliance, ensuring adherence to migration laws, and tackling issues related to contracts, intellectual property, and IT.This job has taught me to steer through the complexities of international trade laws, radiofrequency regulations, and compliance with international trade sanctions. Beyond these, I’m deeply committed to personnel management, focusing on the well-being of our team and ensuring our office environments run efficiently.My goal is multi-layered: helping the CEO and the Board to drive our company from the startup phase to a period of rapid growth and technological prominence, all while looking out for the interests of our shareholders and our committed team.
