I seek to improve diseases understanding at the molecular level and apply this knowledge to design, test, and develop novel therapeutics. I am passionate about finding biological problems with clinical applications and apply innovative technologies to bring therapeutics to the clinic. I believe in close partnership between biology and technology to jointly design, execute, and advance projects. I enjoy leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of talented scientists with broad areas of expertise including antibody engineering, protein chemistry, biochemistry, immuno-oncology, structural as well as computational biology.
