I was a technical designer and programmer at an indie startup, building projects in Unity.I led a group of 3/4 programmers and designers developing a number of projects. Responsibilities included leading sprints and technical design meetings, supervising and developing team members and ensuring sprint targets were met.We worked on a wide variety of systems design mainly focusing on AI and networking. Specifically, I designed and built a lighter, more flexible component system free from MonoBehaviour, a lightweight, custom behaviour tree system and co-developed a networked fog-of-war system.

Manage and organise the diary for a Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director and two Programme Directors, including arranging a variety of regular and ad hoc meetings, preparing agenda and hospitality, and general secretariat work.

Allocated and processed internal and external probation reports for City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court and managed the internal report diary. The 24-hour turnover required efficiency, organization and diligence. Interaction with offenders required tact and discretion.
