I worked to oversee assets that are owned, leased and subleased by multiple organizations. My duties consist of determining the feasibility of asset acquisition and presenting supporting documentation to upper management and seller/servicers. I also handle special projects delegated by directors while working to make the servicing more comprehensive and securitized for loan purposes.  Create and distribute spread sheets including amortization schedules to servicers for bulk note sales Manage payoff email box checking for releases to include assignments, satisfactions, and reconveyances  Update calculations for servicing fees and net yield interest below market rate to provide updated statues for unpaid balances Process payoffs for multiple servicers such as Wells Fargo, NorthMarq, CBRE etc. in accordance to Note terms while staying within conservatorship guidelines for various prepayment premium options  Sign off on executed servicers loan documents along with performing mortgage recasting, including extension of terms without delinquent interest being added to the unpaid balance

I am the liason between the client and investor in collecting, reviewing, and submitting applications to be decisioned for short sale, deed in lieu, and loan modifications.
