Assurance line of service – Participated in year-end audits, interim planning, and review engagements for a variety of clients in the financial services, biogas, software, construction, and mining industries. • Post payments (credit card payments, cheques, and EFTs) to the deposit book and update the Maximizer CRM and billing systems• Collections (call and send out emails for overdue accounts) for North American and Australian customers• Email renewal invoices (45 days before expiry) and 5-day reminders (5 days before expiry)• Lapse overdue accounts by restricting access to their software and preventing them from having access to upgrades or customer support, as a collection tactic• Forecast incoming cash flow for the subsequent month using an excel model• Manage the A/R email inboxes for North America and Australia and respond to customer/business partner inquires within 24 hours• Process sales orders (i.e. new subscriptions and add-on users)• Process upgrade requests by generating license keys• Worked very closely and maintained relationships with the Sales and Customer Service Teams to resolve customer issues/complaints and collect on delinquent accounts• Develop and update training manuals and transition responsibilities to the new A/R hire• Administrative tasks (i.e. prepare and send out courier packages, filing, and answering phone calls)
