Using the quality guidelines of Preparation process like Chop the dry banana skins into small pieces and Soak the pieces in a sodium metabisulfite solutions as an antioxidant and preservative,then boil the soaked peels in distilled water and dry the boiled peels on filter paper and Blend the dried peels into a uniform paste Following the Production Process of Mix 25g of the banana paste with 0.5N hydrochloric acid and stir,Add glycerol as a plasticizer and stir Neutralize the mixture to pH 7 by adding 0.5N sodium hydroxide, Spread the mixture on a flat surface and bake in an oven at 120°C until dry and allow the bio plastic film to cool and then peel it off the surface Then, Applying the Testing Process like Molting,Plant Growth,Microbial, Soil Burial and Solubility test After these three stage of Process finally we will able to use the bio plastic at last.
