With over 3000 customers across South India, KORGEN is a leading player in this space. We cater to residential, commercial and industrial segments.I handle the post-sales activities in KORGEN. My specific tasks include project execution coordination, delivery coordination, registering complaints from customers and sharing the same with our service team, coordinating with the service team and tracking the progress of the complaints and ensure timely closure of the same. I also handle the AMCs of all our customers in terms of ensuring timely scheduled visits and tracking the renewals.
