 Handling End to end Recruitment cycle Manpower Planning & Requirement gathering from the hiring managers. Managed and conducted walk-in as and when required by the business on their criticality. Vendor Management: Co-ordinating with different vendors for various activities, maintain track of the payments in Vendor tracker Exit Formalities: Providing input to the vendor bi-monthly basis, processing all the full & final settlements within TAT, processing and issuing the exit letters of the exited employees, maintain a proper tracker for the Exited employees. Leave & Attendance: Maintaining Leave and attendance of all on roll and off roll employees in the system, generating reports on monthly basis, incorporating those in the payroll. Grievance Handling: Handling Grievances related to Payroll as well as other functions of employees, providing data as per requirement to HODs. Documentation: Maintained documentation pre and post joining of the candidates through hard and soft copies. Policies: Preparation & implementation of different HR policies mandatory as per labour law in the Company. Mapping exact designation, Band & Grade to all employees as per their role & accordingly maintaining organization chart. Payroll & MIS: Preparation of Input file, Processing and checking payroll every month and coordinating with the payroll vendor in case of any discrepancies, maintaining MIS of employees (on roll and off rolls), preparing comparison report monthly basis. Onboarding & Joining Formalities: Handling all the joining related formalities including joining form, ECODE creation, ID Card requests, welcome mails, issuing Appointment letter, Offer letters, Confirmation letters and Hike letter.
