Currently I'm working as a HR Associate.My responsibilities are handling the end to end recruitment except onboarding documentation process. Directly interact with our client and gather the project details as per job description needs. after receiving the feedback from the client delivery team for profile status. Will coordinate with candidates and clients for interview and schedule the discussion meeting as per their availability. Once completed the all level discussion, connects with the panel for candidates feedback and joining process. Main skills in my roles interact with clients and candidates as per the job needs. salary negotiation. Time management for completing the required task as per client expectations.
