Technical Solutions Specialist
Current● Identifying elements of Reltio’s Master Data Management platform where improvement and upgrades can be made by monitoring and analyzing the log data and performance documentation● Ensuring efficient and open communication among cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent approach to product development methodologies in order to assist in the identification of areas for improvement● Identifying bugs and providing the development team with a clear understanding of the issues and devising the corrective measures and improvements so that the Development Team may efficiently resolve the issues● Working collaboratively with cross-functional team members to outline the desired outcomes, personas, and capabilities needed to support industry specific use cases.● Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for multi-tenant distributed Platform● Designing improvements to the automation framework for rapidly growing massive scale cloud-based platform which requires an in-depth understanding of the current automation frameworks● Providing in-depth technical consultation to business partners and IT management to ensure development of efficient applications utilizing best standards, procedures, and methodologies● Working with the enterprise architecture team to create technological and functional synergies● Manage all technical aspects of the PoC, from tenant provisioning to include configuration● Utilize ETL Tools like SnapLogic, Workato and MuleSoft to create“mappings” and “business flows” to load prospect/customer provided data into the Reltio PoC tenant;● Interacting directly with the Reltio application via REST API calls using tools like Postman● Validating errors or bugs and reporting findings by filing tickets in JIRA bug/issue application● Preparing reports related to testing results and consequential plans for improvement to the Dev Ops and Engineering teams, upper management and stakeholders
