Post monthly journal entries and adjustments for various divisions of State Street. These transactions include accruals, tax-related entries, intercompany transactions, sundry receivables and payables.Preparing Prepaid amortization entries and reconcile it on monthly basis as per the prepaid schedule.Working on aging analysis file, this helps to identify open items and ensures timely follow-up for resolution.Preparing and sharing month-end reports and weekly reports and regular interaction with stakeholders and management.Processing reclassification entries based on requests from the Business Unit.Attending calls with the Business Unit (BU) to discuss financial matters, including monthly accrual file and consolidated aging files.Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all expense related entries are accurately recorded and reconciled.Key Deliverables:Ensure all expense records are properly documented, filed and maintained for future reference and compliance purposes.Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits related to expense accounting.Ensure all expense transaction processes and activities are comply with internal accounting policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
