• Responsible for bookkeeping in Microsoft Business Central with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts and corresponding internal control and reconciliations• Month and year end preparations• Financial reporting of EU and national funded projects including administration of time registration and budget control• Working closely with all department managers to support and improve digitalization in all departments using ERP in all processes, participating in optimizing existing processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement • Supporting colleagues across borders• Finance-related ad hoc assignments as needed in a scale-up environment

Responsible for all accounting for company headquarter in DK, incl.:• Bookkeeping in MS Business Central• Reconciliation of VAT, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, loans, payroll and fixed assets reconciliation• Various ad hoc tasks regarding international subsidiaries, incl. accounts and payments in Africa and India• Daily management and training of Danish finance team, including two student assistants• Implementation of BC (2020) and related digitalization projects (Document Capture, Payment Management)• Ad hoc tasks for the CFO and Head of Finance, e.g., cash management, records of capital increase, coordinated with external lawyer• Communication with banks, including credit cards applications and users support• Preparation of Year end material for external auditors
