Main task was troubleshooting and providing support to major clients. I was the dedicated engineer to provide support for our biggest client. That included troubleshooting, maintenance and problem solving.

Main responsibility was to ensure that the network performed withing parameters. In case our department was not able to fix a possible fault, escalating to the correct higher level engineer (Access, core IP).
