- Communicating, on behalf of the company- Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy- Developing of concepts and plans of future projects.- Hiring personnel for future company projects and activities.- Supervision of development, review and update of the company’sinternal controls, rules, procedures and policies.- Processing payment services, payroll and e-commerce services.- Coordinating the work of MLRO & Compliance, Risk Management,Auditors, Sales & Marketing department, Financial department,external key subcontractors and consulting partners.- Participating in the implementation of the Payment Product strategy,coordination of business areas, project and technology management.
