We develop an innovative interoperability platform that enables seamless data integration in radiology practices. Our goal is to provide the patients with an ideal care experience in radiology practices. We do this by building a FHIR-native interoperability platform that powers a thriving ecosystem of partner applications. Our platform integrates data flows across software applications in our marketplace and automates administrative processes in practices. We effectively reduce the workload burden on the health care professionals so that they can spend more time caring about their patients. My responsibilities on the team are:- lead the product development with focus on healthcare interoperability in radiology sector,- align the team around a coherent product vision,- lead user research and product design,- ensure the success of the business venture by developing a state-of-the-art product with the highest user satisfaction in the industry within the given budget and time constraints,- enable business growth by designing a scalable product and utilizing the best agile development techniques

Together with an amazing team I am responsible for the integration of Doctolib product portfolio in the IT systems of the leading hospitals and radiology groups in Germany. In my role as technical project manager I ensure that our key accounts receive the best-fitted solution to their use case, by enabling modern clinical workflows through cross-systems interoperability and best-in-class service.

Empowering an agile R&D team on the way to developing assisted and autonomous driving software for railroad vehicles. As a team we develop deep learning based computer vision algorithms for scene recognition and deploy them on all classes of railroad vehicles. Our latest highlight was the traffic scene recognition algorithm for the world's first autonomous tram that was successfully demonstrated during Innotrans 2018.
