With over 17 years of experience in the IT field, I am a senior operational engineer at a non-profit organization that provides social and educational services to various communities. I am passionate about using my skills and expertise in server and network management, configuration, and operation to support the organization's mission and vision. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team of professionals who share the same values and goals of empowering people, fostering solidarity, and promoting social justice.In my current role, I am responsible for managing servers based on Linux and Windows Server, configuring and operating Cisco and Ubiquiti network equipment, and providing remote support for branches in technical matters. I also manage the organization's internal intranet, and create, launch, and support Data Center, including hardware service. I have performed CTO roles in the IT department and ISP Network administrator, overseeing the IT infrastructure and security of the organization. I have extensive knowledge and experience in wireless mesh, Ubiquiti, and Cisco routers. I am always eager to learn new technologies and solutions that can enhance the efficiency and performance of the IT systems and services.
