Beiersdorf’s project of applying Data Science methods in Procurement. I am in charge of managing this project, data mining and prototype development.

I am in charge of operational tracking and data acquisition from suppliers, cost estimation and risk forecasting. As a part of European Procurement, I was doing data analysis for KPI target setting and reports for executives.

Thesis internship in logistics department. Milandr Inc. is a microelectronics manufacturer for aerospace and military purposes and a provider of IoT-solutions. I was responsible for in-stock reports. I did a structural analysis of the company, analysis of business processes and market analysis in order to determine flaws, process gaps and weak points of the company. This internship was a practical part of my thesis.

I got great experience in SRM, VBA and working with great amounts of data. I was a person of contact for the main suppliers, was responsible for data acquisition, quality control of the data, market research and procurement reports. I managed to cut down the time for quality control in half with the VBA-tools.
