• Identify, develop and manage good relationships and strategic vendor partnerships for regions of Greece, Serbia, Croatia, BiH, Romania, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, with primary focus being on hotel and coach partnerships• Deep dives into local markets to become regional market expert, to identify opportunities, to sales pitch to potential partners with a goal of building or expand their understanding of Grand Circle products where cooperation might bring mutual benefits, and to pinpoint partnerships that will deliver an excellent quality at a reasonable cost in order to create a great value programs for Grand Circle clients• Negotiate and close contracts as per internal deadlines and rate goals to ensure smooth process of budgeting• Supporting back office (product managers, finance managers) to create and deliver travel itineraries

• Leading the team of RFM's, hiring, training, creating their roles & goals, key responsibility areas and KPI's, evaluating their performance and improving their efficiency• Creating and maintaining ad-hoc operating and financial reports and analysis, creating annual budgets and multiyear forecasts based on collected, analyzed and verified data. Deep diving into specifics of the product to ensure that the company is getting a good ROI.• Converting pure financial numbers into “understandable data” to key stakeholders in regional and worldwide offices, providing strategic and operational support to key players, cross-communicating to remove the bottlenecks and to make data-driven decisions to move the business forward • Designing and costing travel itineraries, driving projects from start until final product• Organizing and driving regional (finance) off site meetings• Tracking regional trends and performances with a goal to maximize sales/income, minimize overhead costs, and to improve the overall quality of delivered product
