In the role of a QA engineer, I have been cooperating with MOCG for more than 2 years and during this time I have learned and actively apply in practice:- writing checklists (test plans) based on requirements and / or designs, as well as without them (TestRail, TestMantis, Notion, Figma, etc.)- review of requirements and accompanying documentation- creation of bug reports and Root Cause Analysis based on sprint/quarter results (Jira)- manual testing of the front-end and back-end parts of the software using auxiliary tools (JMeter, Postman Interceptor, various plug-ins and extensions for browsers, etc.) on various devices, both real and using emulators and cloud solutions such as BrowserStack- taking part in the discussion of ways to implement a particular functionality (Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)- work on the client support: search and description of the problem with the search for a solution by local means or involvement of developers to write scripts or global fixes (Intercom)- analysis of user stories and tasks for decomposition, prioritization and estimating (Asana, Confluence)- direct participation in deployment processes (Jenkins, AWS, GitLab, GitHub)
