- Preparing of VAT reports for Spanish territories Mainland, Navarra, Canary Island and VAT returns in accordance with respective teritories VAT law - Submitting of VAT declarations electronically to Spanish Tax authorities in deadlines- Arranging of refunds / payments to SpanishTax authorities on time- Preparing and submitting of EC Sales List / Purchase list in deadlines- Preparing and submitting of Intrastat Export / Import to Statistical office on time- Check of G/L postings in order to minimize incorrect posting from the VAT point of view- Fulfill SOX controls requirements- Posting of VAT balances to G/L accounts- Periodic reconciliation of VAT accounts in Blackline software and clearing VAT balances on G/L accounts in SAP
