About Pavol Cobirka

I have always been passionate about improvements. The reason is that I have always perceived them as important enablers of new goals. It began with sports when I became a competitive swimmer and continued through education as I graduated with honors. This passion has culminated in my professional life and I am really thankful that I can apply my passion in business and strategy every single day.Right after university, I started working in economic diplomacy representing a multi-million Slovak business in the CIS region (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan). Once I came to the realization that my professional growth in the public sector was limited, I decided to enter private business and I started to represent 7 Italian manufacturers in CIS. Whilst getting a feel for the market limits, I accepted the challenge and joined a start-up company that grew from a garage to a prosperous European unicorn under our leadership.I am a growth and improvements addict. Sometimes it is tough but getting out of the comfort zone and living on the edge for a while is the only way to really experience life and achieve worthwhile goals.
