• Responsibility for securing support for all non-ERP applications in Slovnaft, providing support and development of application development in line with business user requirements and application of change and release management.• Analytical Phase Management for Business Intelligence (BI) in Slovnaft, built on the SAP BO platform. Management of the transition strategy to the new KPI dashboard system aimed at presenting financial and production indicators within Slovnaft.• Managing and responsible for deploying BMP (Business Process Management) solutions integrated into the Microsoft SharePoint system platform for ~ 3000 people.• Preparation of the budget for the operation of the IT department with a comprehensive proposal for the development of current and new IT projects with emphasis on process optimization for production units-departments.
