Pawan has 18 years of experience in investments, corporate finance and M & A, deal structuring, developing partnerships, fund raising, strategy, asset management and building new businesses. He leads the efforts in identification of investment opportunities, negotiations and proactively participating in the strategic side of the business. He has investment experience across early stage and growth stage deals including platform level. He has covered the entire life cycle of an asset by handling the roles of developer, investor and operator.Pawan has achieved equity commitment aggregating $1 billion during his stint with NIIF and TATA Realty. He had held the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a revenue generating cum under-construction $200 Million road project during his TRIL stint. He had been Director on the boards of various portfolio companies during his stint with TRIL and NIIF.
