Working as Project Engineer in PCB design and manufacturing at NIELIT, Aurangabad.My Skills include:-Designing PCB from customer ideas.- Component library creation and library management.- Schematic and layout design considerations.- EMC design.- Gerber files generation and editing.- Developing Artwork( Film-master generation) from given Gerbers on photoplotter machine in darkroom.-Worked with Photofilms, wet and dry film Photoresist. - Worked on Etching, stripping and developing machine.- Responsible for PCB manufacturing and maintenance at NIELIT, Aurangabad.- Retracing PCB and repairing.- CNC drilling and Milling of PCB.Work done till now: -Trained students and faculties from different domain in field of PCB design and Manufacturing.- Worked on BLDC fan.- Designed PCB for fan switch controller.- As a part of team at NIELIT, Aurangabad, Manufactured and assembled IOT based 5 node switch for controlling home and industrial appliance with features like surge, protections, compliance with google and alexa voice assistant, plus support of wireless protocols like wifi and Bluetooth.- Traced and repaired medical equipment of Kamalnayan bajaj hospital.- Lab setup at NIELIT, Aurangabad-
