Detailed Design Consultancy,Monitoring & Supervision of Railway Tunnel T-48 ( Km 100.00 to 110.235) of Udhampur- Srinagar - Baramulla (USB) Kashmir Railway link project.Project Location : Ramban - Jammu and KashmirClient : Ircon International Ltd. Responsible for rock class support system. Day by day supervision of tunnel and instruct to contractor about support of excavated tunnel through client IRCON.Review of documents related to tunnels, drawings, alignment plans, survey works and the supporting documents. Review and verify construction methodology. Coordination with other key personnel during development period. Review the month progress reports furnished by Concessionaire. Inspect and maintaining of the construction activities of the Tunnel works. To ensure construction works confirm to specifications and standards. Coordinate with the Team Leader and quality cum material Engineer for necessary directions to the Concessionaire to ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures and requirements. Review the maintenance programme furnished by the Concessionaire. Inspection for the project to report any defects/deficiencies. Review monthly status reports of the Concessionaire. Coordinate with the quality cum material Engineer to ensure the QC&QA procedures and systems. Monitoring of carrying out of defects and deficiencies by Concessionaire and report any delays in completion of repair/remedial works.
