Since my early school years, I have been actively involved in my father's company, Hanuman Enterprises, a renowned manufacturer of industrial transformers and Packseal sealing machines. Under my father's visionary leadership, we have established a strong market presence across India, especially in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, and Gujarat. My journey with the company began in the 5th standard, where I assisted with basic tasks and gradually took on more complex responsibilities.In our transformer division, we manufacture various types of transformers, including step-up, step-down, and isolation transformers. I have hands-on experience in this assembly line, participating in every step of the manufacturing process. This includes winding primary and secondary copper around coils and bobbins, attaching input and output wires, and applying isolation papers between windings. I have also worked on assembling the cores, known as E and I pieces, and varnishing transformers to fill air gaps and eliminate eddy currents.Additionally, Hanuman Enterprises is well-known for manufacturing Packseal and Newpack sealing machines. I have comprehensive knowledge of these machines, from the initial molding process where molten aluminum is shaped into the machine's body and handle, to the intricate powder coating available in distinctive orange and blue colors. I have worked extensively on the assembly line, particularly in PCB assembly and the detailed assembly of machine components such as the handle mechanism that activates the heating and sealing circuit. My role extends to essential wiring connections, rigorous product testing, and the complete assembly of entire machines. We manufacture various packing machines, including 8-inch, 12-inch, and 16-inch models, named according to the transformer used inside them, and types such as hand sealers, foot-operated sealers, and automatic sealing machines.
