Current• Managing client hardware, setting up IT equipment for new staff. Installation and configuration of client equipment (laptops and desktops, printing/scanning system), OS and applications - MS Office 2016/2019, Google Client/G Suites/Hangouts, Antivirus system etc. as standard project software including ERP/SAP for some staff.• Users support and help desk management – fixing users hardware/software issue, printing issue, maintenance, connectivity to regional offices to ensure all workstation are up and running as required to run Compact's day to day business.• Setup an automated document printing and scanning system – individual, LAN and WAN printing system, scanning to email; computer; LAN and remote shared locations as required;• Website management – development, improvement and operation of Compact website providing appropriate technology support to communication team to keep project website up and running;• Ensure high availability of servers, applications, network devices and other IT resources• Ensure the proper functioning of the network devices, servers and other IT equipment by providing and facilitating routine maintenance services• Make arrangement of appropriate voice communication system – IP/VoIP system, telephone intercom system and IM (instant messaging) – Google handouts/skype or Zoom etc. to help facilitate teams efficient communication within the team or across teams and project stakeholders. • Conferencing/VTC system support – setup up appropriate conferencing system, equip all conferencing room with adequate VTC hardware, software and connectivity to facilitate the conferencing and remote calls. • Ensure the IT infrastructure are up to date and are functioning properly.
