Aircraft Air management systems consists of ECS and NGS. Environmental Control System of an aircraft provides air supply, thermal control and pressurization for the passengers and crew. Avionics cooling, smoke detection and fire suppression are also commonly considered part of the Environmental Control System. Testing Style: Manual TestingTool Used: Simulink; Brief Description:The objective of the project is to Model Complete EPGSS (Electrical Power Generation and Start System) Simulator using Matlab/Simulink and State flow. The 787 main Electrical Power Generation and Start System (EPGSS) is a four-channel variable frequency system. There are two variable frequency start generators (VFSG) on each of the two main engines. The system normally operates in a 4-channel isolated configuration with each generator sourcing its respective 230Vac bus. The power from these generators is supplied to the main load buses through generator feeders and generator circuit breakers (GCBs).Responsibilities:Analysis of requirements and developing Test Scripts of requirements using Simulink.Module DebuggingExecuting the scripts in EPGSS Desktop Simulator.Reporting Defect to Test Lead.Providing technical training to new comers in the project.
