Carrying out the product tests to determining the effectiveness of the finished part as per customer norms (MOSS standards).Process EnhancementProvide leadership for developing and directing Quality Assurance and Quality improvement initiatives (Cost-of-Quality reductions, Audit system, etc.) for all products, processes and services.Manage training of technicians in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the Quality SystemPlanning and execution of Process Transfer from other plants and updating to global team.Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan in line with the project deliverable.Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.Monitoring project progress and performance and providing status reports to the project sponsor.Implementing competitive methodologies like KAIZEN, etc. to improve quality standards & maximize cost savings.Reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and work on system and process operational inefficiencies.
