 Maintenance of ERICSSON BTS & Traffic Node for IDEA networks. Commissioning & Integration of Node B/BTS/Transmission at new roll out sites. Troubleshooting of Node B/BTS as well as Transmission equipments(TN). Maintenance & supervision of Ericsson MINI LINK AXX, Traffic Node Transmission system (SDH & PDH). Coordinate with Transmission team to make visibility of all sites to NMS. Commissioning and Integration of Ericsson Transmission cards (SAU, SMU, MMU, AXX, and Traffic Node). E1 routing through MMU,SMU,Traffic Node,AXX  Troubleshooting of E1/ PCM related problems. E1/ PCM routing for new sites from BSC to the site end. Maintenance of ERICSSON BTS RBS 2206, RBS 2204, 2111, 2204V2, 2964,2954v2,6601,6101 & 6202. BTS Expansion of 2204, 2206 with 2964 or 2111v2, 2964v2.6601,6101.  Regular Software Upgrades of all ERICSSON Transmission Cards. Site migration from one BSC to another BSC.

 Supervising site installation till it’s completion & on air of RBS 2G/3G/Transmission. Ethernet Provisioning i.e. configuring LAN/WAN/VLAN/LAG for NodeB integration & Creating Bandwidth profile in Traffic Node(TN). Basic NE configuration & DCN implementation (like OSPF Areas, PPP ,& Static Routing)of Traffic Node.  NodeB/BTS commissioning and software upgradation of baseline & modules of TN.. Site integration in coordination with NOC team. Loading IDB for RUS/Flemingo BTS as per planned configuration. Traffic routing (via TN & MLE) from BSC to site end for 2G/3G rollout. Clearing any MO faults in NodeB/BTS. Clearing punch points after site integration. Perform test call and Inter cell Hand over for site Acceptance. Alarm testing in coordination with NOC team. AT clearance in coordination with O & M Team. TN Migration/Swapping with existing MLE. Ensuring reverse logistics of Swapped Mini-Link equipments and RBS to Warehouse for further 2G rollout. To ensure execution of BTS collocation & swapping within outage time. Installing & configuring Ethernet to E1 converter (Prima Tel) between two town for their visibility on SOM Server.
