We all crave the same things - fun, self-realization, happiness, comforts, peace of mind, respect, self-expression, family bonding and abundance. Some dream big, while some are happy with smaller pleasures, but each person values something very different. It’s really striking to know that even though many people have goals and dreams, very few of them believe that it’s really possible to reach their goals…many have even stopped dreaming. Majority of individuals live a life of compromise. This may be because of their inability to look at their problems from outside the box. It's my attempt to fire up team members to perform at their best levels My life and work is constant exploration of what works and what needs fine tuning.
