• Handling 4 M Change process documents of our zonal area.• Attend customer complaints. • Support shop floor team member to understand quality issues.• Prepare in house rejection details (Red Bin Analysis) and held meeting on weekly basis to control it. • Improve Shop Floor working method in term of quality.• 5's Concept activities in our zone section & PDI Check Sheet. • Documentation (Training Plan, Schedule, Records, Internal Audit Plan, CAPA).• Preparation of Control Plan, QMC, Process & Product audit.• Daily Production Plan as per Customer Schedule.
