Handling warranty claim in Hero moto corp. of Switch asyy. winker, Start switch, cdi, RR, USB charger, and Main wire harness. 3. Update warranty Road map (Unsold, 1-90 day & above 90 days). 4. Review the action plan of customer complain and Review of corrective action taken at our production shop floor & monitor the effectiveness of action to avoid Reoccurrance of problem at customer end/pdi stage. 5. Prepair hero layout report of finish good part Main wire harness, switch and electronic part cdi, RR and submit as per customer plan. 6. Training provide to all ET & Final inspector about top defects, customer complain/customer observation. 7. Daily rejection data capture and analysis and coumincation to all concerns department. 8. Responsible for all Lots wise PDIR report upload in Hero portal. 9. Daily conduct Red bin meeting for internal & External rejection. 10. Analysis Customer return rejection and prepair defects wise summary. 11. Handling all DOL activities. 12. Responsible for DOL /PDI check material 100% part defects free supply to customer with big team (70 quality inspector). 13. Daily MIS update. 14. Responsible for Daily Dock audit. 15. Preparing Skill matrix. 16. Responsible for prepair Inspection Standard. 17. Responsible for prepair Work instruction for final inspection. 18. Prepare One point lesson and on job Training record against internal or external rejections. 19. Responsible for submit IPP lots with proper change details & with all required documents. 20. Responsible for internal audit.
