• Leading a team of members at the Corporate Office for the functions of Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS Documentation, Costing and Budgeting, Inventory Management • Prepare Analyzing Marginal Report and Analysis at Product Level, Zone Level, Segment Level and Company Level and reporting to the management for decision-making for product mix, make/buy or continue/discontinue product • Performing: o Variance Analysis of actual vs. standard consumption and settling the variance every month end process orders wise o Cost Center Wise Expenses Analysis for reviewing operational actual vs. budget expenses of department and computing variances and supporting in cost saving o Cost Analysis of existing project and providing costing for new project tender bidding • Forecasting project expenses and preparing budget report• Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the costing & Finance Team • Producing monthly dashboard reports for tracking key performance metrics including profitability and utilization • Collaborating with the CFO on analysis and preparation of the annual plan and quarterly reforecasts • Supervising the development and implementation of internal accounting and administrative procedures • Spearheading well-designed budget and financial models to measure and evaluate the financial success of the organization • Defining potential weak areas and guiding business leaders through cash flow analysis and cost control • Conducting multiple business planning and financial modelling exercises, as required • Analyzing slow moving and non-moving inventory and supporting in reduction in inventory investment • Forecasting material requirement for future and supporting in implementing Just in Time (JIT) technique for cost savings • Evaluating inventory valuation of Material, WIP and Finished Goods • Supporting in Internal Audit & Statutory Audit of company and finalization of accounts
