-Handling full recruiting process, coordination with vendor and maintain master sheet.- Documentation of new joiners and exit formalities of employees of who resigned.- Give access card or add new employee’s data in face punching machine for attendance. - Export attendance & prepare monthly attendance of employee through face punching machine and maintaining leave records.- Coordinate with vendor for monthly attendance, salary, conveyance and invoice.- Processing Post-Retirement Medical Benefit Scheme (PRMBS) form Reimbursement of medical expenses.- Verifying vendor invoices and statutory compliance document PF and ESIC Challan, LWF and Bonus, keep records of all invoice payments of vendors.- Performance Assessment or annual increment- Revise the wage structure accordingly minimum wages time to time.- Following statutory compliance Payroll, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc.
