Position Description** To consult, participate and finalize of Manpower Budget dimensioned for Cluster & Divisional Corporate (i.e. Independent Companies associated with L&T Construction) with Top Management of the organization. Based on MP Budget, responsible to acquire & select candidates through Campus (in majority as MTs/PGETs/GETs/DETs/DCTs) and Lateral recruitment considering Acquisition Cost & SLA Parameter including On-boarding guideline. Ensuring to create a roadmap to attract high-quality talent and positions L&T as an employer of choice. ** Ensure compliances of Training (Man-days of Training per Employee per Year, Fulfillment of Training Needs) and Measuring Training Effectiveness. Successfully planned and implemented L&D framework.Conduct e- learning & Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS). Institutional Capacity Building, Mentoring Programs, Sales Incentive Plans, Leadership Development Program etc.** Ensuring Employee outreach through Site Visit to address their issues and clarifications on the spot. Career Management & Succession Planning for High Potential Employees, Job rotation and conducting special Projects for Capacity Building, Monitoring and ensuring employee movement & mobilization.HR Help Desk Portal: Solution provided within time line to the queries of staff, raised through portal. Queries are mainly found in Transaction support (i.e. Bank A/C, Insurance Claim, Salary Payment related, ERS Card, Confirmation, Leave management related, Dislocation Allowance, OPE Payments etc) ** Responsible for Performance Management, Fitment of Bell-Curve, and performance Dialogue etc. along with Completion of PMS as per norms including KVD Setting / mid-term review etc. Employee Feedback, One to one discussion / MVG Meeting & Bell curve after completion of all PM's, Conducting Assessment center and Developmental Plan for Middle & Sr. management (Manager / Sr. Manager).
