I started my career from the bottom and progressed successfully leading to the current position and experience. I believe I have relevant work experience, qualifications and background in leading the teams and managing workflow in production field. I have a wide knowledge on GMP, health and safety, food safety, compliances , HACCP and other regulatory requirements. Further, I possesses required training on Leadership and risk management , lean manufacturing practises ,food safety guidelines and health and safety practises. I have almost 7 years of experience in the manufacturing field 24/7 working environment leading above 70 employees . Also I have strong capacity to plan, budget and implement modern processes and systems.
