- Selection of potential 3rd Parties - developing 3rd party infrastructure to desired standards of food safety etc post selection- Monitoring and controls of process parameters and wastages of cureently units in operation ( 8 nos )- engg , project and maint activities- Team building and development- Exploring 3rd party potential and geographical viabilities , bakeries being lesser shelf life FMCG products- Developing systems and processes to meet ISO 22000
