• Preparation of Internal Monthly Business Review and Monthly Project MIS• Handling various financial tasks to support the local finance team, including Annual Operation Planning, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning for a short-range period of 3 years, as well as Capex budgeting, Headcount planning, T&E MIS, Time Matrix management, and headcount allocation for project phasing• Evaluation of APAC R&D business opportunities using prioritization matrices and financial valuation techniques such as NPV, IRR, and ROI. This included analyzing business cases for projects such as ICE, Radial Sheath Cryo Ablation, and MWA• Collaboration with upstream marketing to develop business cases for both APAC and Global markets, presenting alongside FLT and DLT teams• Support to the India commercial team through comprehensive data analysis, including analysis related to COVID-19 procedural Impact, P&L MIS, Margin Analysis, Country Dashboard, and divisional Dashboard• Preparation of various MIS reports, such as Project Expense MIS at each site level, and analysis to identify trends and provide commentary• Contribution to process improvement initiatives within the accounting team, including schedules preparation, invoice processing, GL & cost center mapping• Oversight of management Balance sheet and P&L preparation, accrual preparation, and review with the Global finance team• Direct collaboration with project managers on project opex reporting, including Macros enabled MIS, T&E analysis, and financial modeling of R&D projects to identify issues and opportunities• Support to the BSC GBS team for month-end closing and financial reporting.

FP&A : India R&D & Project financial management

• Preparing analytical reports on monthly basis that facilitate business decisions. These reports include MOR, MBR, Price-volume analysis, SGP analysis, Sales Executive Report, Sales analysis at Key Account Manager/Regional/Customer Level, Pareto analysis, Tender Management Tracker, Price Sensitivity, Heat Map etc. • Developing VBA enabled spreadsheets such as Customer Analysis, KPI Dashboard, P&L, etc that help analyze business critical Information with ease.• Monitoring and Reviewing the P&L and DMC with variance analysis vs budget at Cost center level to ensure business growth is profitable and sustainable • Worked on market feasibility project for Rixubis & Advate that led to country receiving approval for product launch• Partnering with India Leadership team for Plan’16, Forecast, Long Range Plan and Portfolio analysis • Providing Finance support to Project Gemini • Participated in Peritoneal dialysis (PD) scheme to drive medical device sale.• Preparing Total Delivered Profit (TDP) analysis to have better control on Supply Chain cost.• Company Spin off, Business Valuation, P&L Projection, Capex Projection, Cross functional engagement
