Handling all Electrical Problems Troubleshotiong, Maintain PM schedule, Future Planing, Prepare MIS report, Daily work Progress Report, Maintainance of all Electrical Derives, Motors, Generator, H.T and L.T circuit Breaker, Auxilary transformers, handeling Blackout, Synchronization with grid. and all Responsibilities of Electrical Department for running Plant smooth.Job Profile: Operation & Maintenance activities:•ELECTRICAL like Generator, AC & DC Motors, UPS, HT lines (33KV, & 220 KV), Power transformers(10 MVA, Switch Gears like VCB & ACB, HT Measurement equipment's like CT, PT, HT Protection components like, over current relay, Earth fault relay, Chopper, Power Panels, Control Panels, Capacitor Panels & Battery bank.• ELECTRONICS like Installation, commissioning and Troubleshooting of PLC and SCADA Systems, using in windmill control systems, Grid Connection Module, Frequency Converter (VFD), DCS etc. • INSTRUMENTATION like Rectifiers, Anemometer, wind vane, Vibration Sensor, Proximity Sensor, IR Sensor, Temperature sensors etc.Job Profile: Professional activities:• Leading and training the fleet of Engineers and new employees.• Handling of Operation & Maintenance of the units so to ensure there smooth functioning.• Carry our preventative maintenance as per ISO procedure and have to keep proper record of all maintenance.• Carry out Wind Turbine Generator modification whenever required and its health monitoring.• Maintain quality management system(QMS) and OHSAS implementation• Maintain tools, instruments and communication equipment's• Implement safe work practice as per the safety procedures of the company.
