- Develop client specific ABA programs based on assessments and caregiver goals for clients while providing clinical guidance to Instructor Therapists in the Focus ABA program- Observe clients bi-weekly to ensure integrity of client programs and collect IOA data and review client binders to analyze program data to ensure appropriate progress and effectiveness- Liaise with parents about program outline, service contract, client progress and any other concerns when necessary- Lead team meetings weekly and provide parent coaching as necessary- Perform administrative related tasks such as assisting with scheduling, invoicing, hiring new staff, etc. - Supervise Instructor Therapists in the correct implementation of programs, and routinely coach and give feedback to enhance staff development and skills- Consult with other professionals in various settings (i.e. school, daycare) while continuing to facilitate centre wide training and professional development opportunities for Instructor Therapists- Develop the OAP plan for clients receiving government funding

- Supported the development and delivery of individual and group session IBI/ABA therapy for youth diagnosed with ASD. Therapy focused on communication, behavioural management, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills. - Performed observations and recorded behavioural data (ex: escape protocol) on ABC data sheets and other data collection materials.- Recorded and graphed extensive data, employing program item lists, probe data sheets, and Verbal Behaviour Milestone Assessments as part of trending data and assessments.- Passed in-chair provincial evaluation (93%) required to continue to work an Instructor Therapist.
