Sukhaya Foundation relentlessly works in the field of gender, education, empowerment, capacity building and survival support. I work as a fundraising documentation officer at Sukhaya.

Gramonnati Trust, a social enterprise dedicated to the agricultural sector, focuses on Vermicompost, solar dehydration, organized farming, farmland development, and urban organic gardening. As a Project Manager for nine months, I had the opportunity to work across multiple locations, starting in Pondicherry. There, I spearheaded fundraising efforts, developed proposals for funding, and implemented various strategies, successfully securing two CSR projects with a funding of 1.5 crore each from NIIF.In my role as Project Manager, I established Vermicompost units at Regimental Centre MRC Connoor, MRC Wellington, Intellect Design Chennai, and Kashmir Valley. I led teams at different levels for operational efficiency and played a pivotal role in farmland development, contributing to the design and layout of farms.Additionally, I took charge of the Solar Dehydration project in Kashmir Valley, overseeing a 25-member team in the dehydration unit. Actively engaging with the community, I prioritized local employment, emphasizing the Trust's commitment to sustainable and impactful agricultural practices.

Hailing from the remote reaches of Maharashtra's Vidharbha region, Samata Foundation is dedicated to elevating the standard of education and helping SHGs to specific interventios. Our focus extends to marginalized students, women's to access the agency, supporting and enhancing their capabilities. In my capacity as an Outreach Officer for nearly three years, I engaged with diverse communities, identified promising students, and worked tirelessly to expand our reach to those in need. My role involved facilitating connections find healthcare services, make awareness for educational opportunities, and fostering a platform for aspiring students to pursue higher education in their respective fields.
