Responsibilities and Accomplishments: • Following company guidelines and SOP• Responsible for all store activity.• Maintaining high standard of 5"S", over all housekeeping of ownership area• Proper supervision of all the stores inward and outward transactions• GRN making• Profound in making RGP, NRGP, CGP.• Accuracy of store transaction both in system and storage• Attended TBT on daily basis and followed EHS policy.• Responsible for inventory control, maintaining optimum level of inventory and non-moving and slow-moving inventory• Counting, arranging, handling and timely issuance of materials.• Building strong stores team for smooth functioning.• Strong drive for TPM• Daily sharing of store data to concerned person.• Maintaining total inventory management and FIFO System. . Manage and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.

Supervising a team of employees, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.Ensuring smooth workflow in the assigned lane, coordinating with other teams or departments as needed.Overseeing the stock levels in the lane, monitoring inventory turnover, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.Ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers, including compliance with health and safety regulations.Generating reports on lane performance, including sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Project Planning: Collaborating with project managers to develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction crews, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.Resource Coordination: Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for construction projects.Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, and taking corrective action when necessary.Reporting: Generating reports on project progress, costs, and other relevant metrics, and communicating this information to project managers and senior management.Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues that may arise during construction projects, such as delays, equipment malfunctions, or resource shortages.Client Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the construction process and outcomes.
