Pawan is currently working as an Analyst with the Blackstone Group. Prior to this, Pawan had worked as a Relationship manager with the Corporate Banking Division of ICICI Bank. The primary responsibilities here include credit underwriting, early stage deal evaluation, analysing credit worthiness of clients, engaging in meetings with founders/CXOs, understanding business model and requirements. Apart from this also aided leadership cohort with market research, pitch decks, company profiling and ensuring that all the covenants & compliances are duly complied. Prior to this Pawan completed his MBA from IIM Ranchi with majors in Marketing & Operations and a minor in Analytics and graduation from IET Lucknow, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Pawan is also an experienced professional in Vendor management, client negotiation and has the ability to contribute to the success of a brand through his ability to create impactful visual content that generates awareness for said brand. He is also skilled in Microsoft Excel, Brand Management, Project Management, and Team Leadership. Pawan is a highly motivated individual committed to perform any assigned task with utmost sincerity. Pawan has a keen eye for detail and his ability to adapt quickly to situations allows him to take on new challenges.
