CurrentManaged the entire program for Datacenter Low-end and High-end Electrical work, Installation, testing & and commissioning, and handover throughout lifetime of Data Center project including 220 kV GIS and 2 Lines . Address stakeholder concerns and facilitate conflict resolution, Maintain regular and effective communication with project stakeholders, including senior management, SMEs, vendors etc.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, keeping stakeholders informed.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, risk assessments, and change logs.Track record of managing multiple projects with different timelines, goals on different location, evidence of ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely and working with both regulated and de-regulated utility companies.Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Coordinate with various teams to ensure adequate staffing for project tasks.Ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and safety protocols.Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed for project efficiency.Track project progress, key performance indicators, and enforce document control processes. Design electrical systems for data center projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Select appropriate electrical equipment and components, considering performance, efficiency, and scalability.Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.Create and maintain detailed electrical design documentation, drawings, and specifications.Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within data center projects
