Working as a bridge between technical and business team. Tests various phase of process after design & development of system by preparing test cases. Execution and deployment of the developed scenario into production system. Testing and correcting various bugs at integration system end.Training & Implementation – Providing various system training to dealers, business partners, internal and external business team members. Preparing the training modules and presentation for newly developed and existing processes. Implementing the existing system at newly created dealers, business partner’s end. Implementing the newly developed process and modules by refresher training sessions. Maintenance & Support – Providing post implementation support to all dealers, business partners, internal and external business team members for various systems. Resolving all the issues via Emails, chats and calls across India. Co-ordination with technical team for faster resolution of all issues. Supporting various systems for business functions and monitoring. Training & Rollout Administration - Train internal and external customers, OEM team and associates. To implement DMS & CRM at newly dealers, associates, suppliers. To maintain all the pre and post training & implementation documents like infrastructure, training nominations, feedbacks, attendance, suggestions, sign off documents and coordination with training participants and trainers. To maintain all rollout activities for new and existing business users.
